3) If exposure to loud noise is the trigger for the ringing ears then you will have to keep yourself away from such environment. If you work in a noisy factory then make use of earplugs to limit the exposure.
Taking appropriate treatment for the root cause that is triggering tinnitus would be the key to stop ear ringing.
