Help!!! Anyone with tinnitus / ringing in the ears?

Okay. So I'm going insane. For the past few months I have this terrible, deafening roaring sound in my right ear. I can't hear out of it now. The noise is so loud that I can barely sleep at night anymore.

I've tried every home remedy that I can think of.. ear drops, ginko supplements, pills specifically for tinnitus, fans and music to drown it out…

I can't take it anymore!!! So does anyone know any remedies? Anything else I can try? I'll try ANYTHING. Please… I'm miserable….

Banish Tinnitus! Banish the Ringing in 3 Simple Steps.

  1. sounds like you have a massive fluid build up back there. Have you seen a doc about this? A specialist called an ENT(ear nose and throat) doc can help. I had fluid build up with similar symptoms and the solutions was a set of ear tubes. They did them in office with a local anastehetic. It took about 20 minutes and I was fine. the procedure wasn't too bad.
I also took allergy meds(flonase) and that helped too. unfortunately nothing natural helped me either.

  3. It could be lots of things. You really should see an ENT. Could be a balance disorder of the inner ear that could require medical treatment.

Also, do you take a lot of aspirin or similar products? Medications like that an cause ringing in the ears. Or, if you're on some other meds, that can be causing it. I had a friend who once had that but she was in bed recuperating from something and was on muscle relaxants. Maybe coincidental but she also got a clogged ear on one side where she couldn't hear anything. Then she tried ear drops like Debrox and it got worse cause it went to both ears then.

Don't fool around with it. See an ENT. You could be causing permanent injury to nerves in your ear or anything else in there. Or, it could be something simple that the doctor can cure with simple medication or an antibiotic.
