    Yes you can die from sleep apnea. If sleep apnea isn't treated you can have a serious heart attack which can result in death.

    Treatment can include a sleep apnea machine which is a small machine you add distilled water too. You also wear a mask so it can help you breathe properly.

    Short term: Fatigue, irritable, probably depression. Long term: falling asleep at the wheel, cardiac complications due to Oxygen deprivation. Endless list really. The machine sucks too.
