Three Suggestions on How to Cure Sleep Deprivation

Do you lie awake in bed at night staring at your alarm clock for hours because you just can’t fall asleep?  Are you constantly feeling tired, unfocused, and lack energy because you rarely get a good night’s sleep?  If so, you sound like how I used to be before I started using the incredible method you’re about to learn about.

Today, we are going to look at how to cure sleep deprivation so you can feel more alert during the day and get the rest that you need.

The first thing you should do is to follow a routine. If you are sleeping at different times each night, you are confusing your body. If the body knows what time it is going to be getting up and going to sleep, you will be able to fall asleep quicker, and stay asleep

Another major factor in how to cure sleep deprivation is to create the right environment for sleep. In order to fall asleep, your body temperature needs to be low, so do what you can to make sure the room is cool. Conversely, you are not going to be able to sleep if you are freezing, so if it is winter time, make sure you are warm enough. Another thing you need to do to create the right sleep environment is to make sure the room is dark enough. This ensures that your body produces melatonin, the chemical that induces sleep.

The third way to cure insomnia is to get regular exercise, but you should do it during the daytime hours. This will raise your body temperature. If you maintain high body temperature during the day, when it is nightfall, body temperature will then drop and it will be easy to fall asleep easily. Of course, this is only true if you sleep at night, and are not a shift worker.
