How to Stop Insomnia
Since it's summer, I've been staying up late and sleeping in. But it's getting to the point where I stay up till 3am and wake up around 12pm. I miss half the day. My body is naturally trained to fall asleep around 3-4am. If I try to fall asleep around 10pm I'll just be tossing and turning. How can I train myself to go to sleep by 10pm and actually sleep and rise by 8:00am?
